Justin Thelin
Justin founded and runs Spartan Mat and Spartan Composites, which he has spent more than a decade building into leading suppliers of the wood and composite mats that heavy industry relies on for temporary roads and crane platforms. He is an operator first, and he brings the hard-won experience of scaling a real industrial business to every founder White Raven backs.
Brian Schenk
Brian spent over fifteen years in middle-market commercial banking at Bank of America and BMO Harris, underwriting and structuring credit for companies up to a billion dollars in revenue, before moving operator-side as CFO and now COO of Spartan Composites. He also serves on the board of Annuity.com, giving White Raven's founders a partner who has lived both the capital and operating sides of the table.
